INFORMATION RELATING TO THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Consumer has the right to return the goods within 14 days and may choose to:

  • exchange the item for a different model;

  • exchange the item for a different size;

  • receive a store credit with no time limit, redeemable on our e-commerce platform.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the following conditions must be met:

  • the customer must clearly express their intention to exercise the right of withdrawal;

  • the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging (with original barcodes removed);

  • the product must be returned within the timeframe and according to the procedures outlined above. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If using our affiliated courier GLS, return and collection costs amount to €20.

Once the goods have been received at our warehouse, they will be inspected to verify that no damage has occurred other than that caused by transport. Upon verifying the integrity of the items, we will issue the store credit. The store credit will reflect the price of the product, excluding any shipping fees paid by the customer.

Ninalilou shall not be held liable for any damage, theft, or loss of returned products shipped without insurance.

For products marked as AVAILABLE IN SEVERAL DAYS, the right of withdrawal is granted exclusively in the form of a store credit with no expiration date.

For CUSTOM-MADE or PERSONALIZED items, exchanges are not accepted as these are considered made-to-order products.

If the right of withdrawal is exercised correctly, the return of the goods must take place no later than 14 days from the date the goods were received.

The costs of returning the products are charged to the customer and the shipping is under the full responsibility of the customer. In case of damage to the goods during transport, Flair Spa will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the good (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, at the same time canceling the request for withdrawal. Flair S.p.a is not responsible in any way for damage or theft and / or loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
